During my many years in motorsports, I have developed a flexible and adaptable approach to finding solutions that enable my team and company to achieve their goals. As a successful racing and performance development engineer, I thrive in a demanding environment where we place great value on precision and attention to detail.
I consider making quick and thoughtful decisions in challenging situations to be one of my strongest competencies. As a freelancer, I am still interested in exciting tasks in motorsport and an interesting working environment with challenges, as well as the opportunity to act independently. With me you will gain a motivated, team-oriented and communicative partner who uses his quick comprehension to carry out existing tasks in order to expand my core competencies.
In addition to my extensive technical understanding, my core competencies lie in the areas of employee management, project organization and the planning of methodical, strategic processes. My areas of responsibility included feedback and motivational discussions as well as recognizing strengths and weaknesses in order to make decisive positioning. In my role as a race/performance engineer, I worked for HWA AG worldwide. My tasks included writing technical documentation, work instructions, error analyzes and test reports.
